Alex Esposito

Alex Esposito is an Italian bass-baritone opera singer, born in Bergamo in 1975. He is renowned for his interpretations of Mozart roles, particularly Leporello in *Don Giovanni*, which he has performed at prestigious venues like La Scala in Milan, the Deutsche Oper in Berlin, and the Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich. Esposito has also gained acclaim for his performances as Papageno in *Die Zauberflöte* and Figaro in *Le Nozze di Figaro*. His repertoire extends beyond Mozart, with notable roles in operas by Rossini, including Alidoro in *La Cenerentola*, Mustafà in *L'Italiana in Algeri*, and Basilio in *Il barbiere di Siviglia*. He has worked with esteemed conductors such as Claudio Abbado and Antonio Pappano, and has performed at major opera houses worldwide, including the Royal Opera House in London and the Teatro Real in Madrid.
