Lyrical G

Lyrical G, born Jeff Kintu, is a renowned Ugandan rapper, songwriter, record producer, and vocalist. He began his music career in the 1990s, performing in high school and later with groups like Bataka Underground and Urban Thugz (which evolved into Urban Life). In 2002, he embarked on a solo journey, collaborating with artists from Africa and beyond, such as Proverb from South Africa and T.I.D from Tanzania. Lyrical G has released ten studio albums, including "Live From East Africa" (2004), "Narudi" (2006), "First and Flow Most" (2007), "Tha GMC Project" (2009), "Simple & Plain" (2010), "1st & Flow Most 2: Back 2 Basics" (2012), "Grown Man Talk" (2013), "Feel Good Music" (2014), "Geezy" (2019), and "OG" (2023).

As a two-time Pearl Of Africa Music Hip-hop winner, Lyrical G is celebrated for his contributions to Ugandan hip-hop. He is known for being a prolific artist, holding the record for the most albums released by a Ugandan rapper. His music reflects his dedication to the genre and his ability to evolve and grow as an artist over the years.
