Omen

Omen is a rapper and producer from Chicago, best known for his work as part of J. Cole's Dreamville Records collective. He first gained attention in the early 2010s with his mixtape Afraid of Heights and later solidified his place in the Dreamville roster with his feature on the label’s collaborative projects. In 2015, he released his debut album Elephant Eyes, which showcased his introspective lyricism and soulful production style.

Over the years, Omen has contributed to several Dreamville compilations, including the acclaimed Revenge of the Dreamers III, where he appeared on tracks like “Got Me.” His music blends thoughtful storytelling with smooth, jazz-influenced beats, earning him a loyal fanbase and respect among his peers for his lyrical depth and authenticity.
