Paul-Antoine Benos-Djian

French countertenor Paul-Antoine Bénos-Djian is celebrated as one of the most exciting young vocal talents today. He trained at the Conservatoire de Montpellier, the Centre de Musique Baroque de Versailles, and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris, and has studied with distinguished mentors including Yves Sotin, Philippe Jaroussky, and Andreas Scholl. Bénos-Djian’s career has been marked by a string of impressive accolades, including the HSBC Révélation award at the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence and early performances alongside top conductors and orchestras in major venues across Europe.

Known for his bright, pure tone and interpretative sensitivity, Bénos-Djian regularly appears in leading roles for both opera and concert repertoire, collaborating with ensembles like Le Concert de la Loge, Les Musiciens du Louvre, and Café Zimmermann. Recent highlights include acclaimed performances in works by Handel, Vivaldi, and Mozart, as well as solo recitals and oratorio engagements at prestigious festivals and concert halls.
