Egil Johansen

Egil Johansen was a noteworthy Swedish jazz drummer of Norwegian descent whose artistry and skill were widely respected in Scandinavian and European jazz circles. Born on May 8, 1934, in Oslo, Norway, Johansen began his musical career at an early age and quickly became known for his sophisticated technique and versatile performances.
