yubiori

yubiori is a rock band based in Tokyo and Yokohama, Japan. They are known for their emotionally charged live performances and lyrics that resonate with people who face daily struggles. Their music spans a wide range, incorporating elements from emotional hardcore to indie folk, creating a unique sound. In 2022, they released their first full-length album titled "yubiori," which was followed by a national tour. More recently, they released an EP called "under a cloud" in 2024 and have been gaining attention for their dynamic live shows.

The band consists of members including Gt.Vo. 田村 喜朗, Gt. 阿左美 倫平, Drs. 中野 慈之, Ba. 東條 晴輝, and Trp. 大野 莉奈, who joined in late 2023. This lineup change has allowed yubiori to produce more diverse and deeper music, further captivating audiences in the live house scene. Their performances have been particularly well-received, with notable events like their sold-out solo concert "ASAP" at Shinjuku Marble in 2024.
