Little Barrie

**Little Barrie** is a British rock trio known for their gritty, retro-inspired sound that blends garage rock, blues, and psychedelic grooves. Formed in the early 2000s around frontman Barrie Cadogan’s searing guitar work and soulful vocals, the band—originally including bassist Lewis Wharton and drummer Virgil Howe (son of Yes guitarist Steve Howe)—built a reputation for raw, riff-driven energy. Their music often feels like a time capsule of ’60s and ’70s rock, with a modern twist that’s earned them cult status.

Over the years, Little Barrie’s tunes have popped up in shows like *Breaking Bad* (their track “Better Call Saul” became the theme song for the spin-off), and they’ve collaborated with legends like Edwyn Collins and Primal Scream. Their recent releases, including the punchy singles “Shrug Off Love” and “Don’t Call It The Truth,” keep that vintage vibe alive while leaning into fuzzy, hook-heavy jams.
