Dale Bozzio

Dale Bozzio is an American singer best known as the lead vocalist of the Los Angeles-based new wave band Missing Persons. With her distinctive, theatrical vocal style and striking visual presentation, she became one of the most recognizable faces of early-’80s MTV-era new wave, fronting the group on well-known tracks like “Walking in L.A.” and “Words.”
