Age of Chance is an English alternative rock band from Leeds, formed in 1985. Their initial style was a mix of alternative rock, gothic rock, and post-punk elements. They are often associated with the Madchester and Leeds music scenes of the late 1980s. Some of their notable songs and releases showcase this unique blend of genres.
The band achieved a degree of success in the late 1980s, particularly with their song "Don't Get Mad...Get Even" becoming a college radio hit. Unfortunately, I was unable to verify information regarding the bands permanent members over the years, but the band did undergo several lineup changes before their hiatus in the early 1990s and subsequent revival in 2007.
