Chiefs of Staff is a four-piece indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2018, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Matt Rowland, bassist and vocalist Matt DiFabio, drummer and vocalist Matt Stevens, and keyboardist and vocalist Matt Weight. Their music is characterized by its catchy melodies, jangly guitars, and introspective lyrics. Chiefs of Staff have released two EPs, "Memories" (2019) and "Solid Gold" (2021), and are currently working on their debut album.
