CannonandtheBoxes is an indie rock band from Athens, Georgia. The band was formed in 2010 by singer-songwriter Cannon Park and guitarist David Swatzell. They released their debut album, "High Life," in 2012, and have since released four more albums and several EPs. CannonandtheBoxes' music is characterized by its catchy melodies, jangly guitars, and introspective lyrics. The band has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as The National, Yo La Tengo, and The War on Drugs.
