Selera is a French hip-hop group formed in 1995 in the Paris suburb of Saint-Denis. The group consists of three MCs: Lino, Calbo, and Mystik. Selera's music is characterized by its socially conscious lyrics and its blend of traditional hip-hop beats with elements of funk, soul, and reggae. The group has released seven albums, including "Crack Muzik, Vol. 1" (1997), "Kiltir" (2000), and "Menace 2 Society" (2004). Selera has toured extensively throughout Europe and Africa, and has collaborated with a number of other artists, including IAM, Oxmo Puccino, and Youssou N'Dour.
