Sinamore is a Finnish gothic metal band that originated from Hamina in the late 1990s. Known for their blend of gothic and melodic metal, the band made their official debut with the album *A New Day* in 2006, followed by their sophomore release *Seven Sins a Second* in 2007. Despite a relatively brief career, these two albums showcased their moody, atmospheric sound, combining dark melodies with rock and metal influences. The band's core lineup featured Mikko Heikkilä on vocals and guitar, Jarno Uski on bass, Sami Hauru on guitar, and Miika Hostikka on drums. Sinamore's music often touched on themes of moodiness and emotional intensity, earning them a dedicated underground following before they disbanded after their second album.
Their discography also includes a demo titled *Follow Into the Cry* (2004) and several music videos such as "Darkness of Day" and "Fallen," which helped illustrate their gothic metal aesthetic through visual storytelling. Although their active years were limited, Sinamore left a mark on the Finnish gothic metal scene as a hidden gem appreciated for their melodic yet dark soundscapes.
