Jonathan Snipes is a Los Angeles-based composer, sound designer, and experimental musician known for his genre-bending work in film, TV, and music. A core member of the avant-garde rap trio Clipping. (alongside rapper Daveed Diggs and producer William Hutson), Snipes blends electronic textures, industrial noise, and horror-inspired soundscapes into his projects. His recent scoring work includes the eerie podcast soundtrack for *Batman Unburied* and the haunting *Hauntology* film score, showcasing his knack for atmospheric storytelling. Beyond Clipping.’s boundary-pushing discography, Snipes has also released solo projects like *32 Acres* and collaborated on remixes that twist pop and hip-hop into unsettling new shapes (check his rework of *BOSS* for proof). Whether scoring indie films, crafting audio for podcasts, or bending beats into surreal forms, Snipes thrives in the shadowy intersection of music and the macabre.
