Nigel Martinez is a talented English producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist originally from Leicester, Leicestershire. He began his music career playing in local bands before gaining recognition as a producer and arranger. Nigel notably worked with major artists like Billy Ocean, producing and co-writing on albums such as *Nights Feel Like Gettin’ Down* and *Inner Feelings*, with the single "Nights" reaching No. 1 on the Billboard charts. His production credits include work with Patrice Rushen, Junior Giscombe, and Light of the World, and he was the only UK producer signed to produce Motown acts including Louis Price and Marvin Gaye. Beyond studio work, Nigel also served as musical director for Billy Ocean’s first US Caribbean Queen tour and collaborated with high-profile American artists like George Benson, Herbie Hancock, and Maurice White of Earth Wind & Fire.
