Walls of Jericho

Walls of Jericho is a relentless force on the hardcore and metal scenes, known for their ferocious sound and explosive live performances. Formed in Detroit, Michigan in 1998, the band features lead vocalist Candace Kucsulain, whose formidable presence and vocal ability shatter stereotypes in the male-dominated hardcore genre. Guitarists Chris Rawson and Mike Hasty, bassist Aaron Ruby, and drummer Dustin Schoenhofer round out the ensemble, creating a formidable wall of sound that has won them a loyal following.

Over the years, Walls of Jericho has released a series of powerful albums that showcase their evolution as a band while maintaining the intensity for which they are known. Their debut full-length, "The Bound Feed The Gagged," burst onto the scene in 1999, setting the stage for a career of unapologetically heavy music. Following works such as "All Hail The Dead" (2004) and "With Devils Amongst Us All" (2006) cemented their place in the hardcore scene, receiving critical and fan acclaim for their tight musicianship and unyielding energy. With "The American Dream" (2008) and their latest offering, "No One Can Save You from Yourself" (2016), Walls of Jericho has continued to push their boundaries, incorporating elements that show both growth and fervent adherence to their roots. Alongside their studio records, the band's EP "Redemption" (2008) showcased a more introspective side, with acoustic instrumentation and raw lyrical themes, further demonstrating their versatility as a band.
