Vander Lee

Vander Lee was a Brazilian singer-songwriter known for his unique blend of rock, pop, and classical jazz. Born on March 3, 1966, he began his career performing in bars and festivals in Belo Horizonte and other cities in Minas Gerais. He joined the band Morro Velho in 1987 and later released his first album, *Vanderly*, in 1997. Throughout his career, Vander Lee released several albums, including *No Balanço do Balaio*, *Naquele Verbo Agora*, *Faro*, *Sambarroco*, *Loa*, and *9*. He passed away on August 5, 2016, due to a heart attack.

In addition to his solo work, Vander Lee was also recognized for his contributions to the Samba style, incorporating both contemporary and traditional Brazilian music elements into his songs.
