Omission

**Omission** is a Spanish thrash metal band from Madrid, formed in 2002. The band was founded by vocalist and guitarist Miguel A. Hernanz Sebares, also known as "Patillas," who previously played with the band Muro. Omission's musical style blends elements of thrash, often categorized under blackened thrash metal as well. Their notable discography includes albums like *Thrash Metal Is Violence* (2009), *Merciless Jaws from Hell* (2011), *Pioneers of the Storm* (2012), and *The Unholiest of Them* (2015).

Throughout their career, Omission has shared stages with renowned metal bands such as Flotsam and Jetsam, Destruction, Possessed, Desaster, and Immortal. The band has a dynamic lineup, with various members contributing over the years, but Patillas remains a constant figurehead. Their music often carries a fierce, intense energy characteristic of the thrash metal genre.
