Dimitri Berzerk

Dimitri Berzerk, also known as Dimitri Loyo, is a Mexican DJ, producer, remixer, and label owner based in Mexico City. His artist name is inspired by the Atari video game "Berzerk" and the band Apoptygma Berzerk. Dimitri's music is deeply rooted in electronic genres such as EBM, Synth-Pop, Industrial, and New-Wave. He has been active in the music scene since around 2005 and has released several EPs and albums, including his debut album "Nineteen Eighty-Four" and recent works like "The Liquid Path" and "A.I.C.Q.T.I.L." Dimitri also operates under the remix alias DMT Berzerk and has collaborated with notable artists like Claus Larsen. His music often reflects influences from retro-pop culture, cinema, and literature.

Dimitri Berzerk's releases often explore conceptual themes, as seen in his EP "A.I.C.Q.T.I.L.," which pays homage to Jean-Luc Godard's film "Alphaville." His work as a DJ and remixer has allowed him to interact with a wide range of musical styles and artists, contributing to his diverse and evolving sound. Dimitri's music is available through his own label, Sector Industrial Producciones, and he continues to be an active figure in the electronic music scene.
