Siriporn Ampaipong
Siriporn Ampaipong is a Thai singer and songwriter known for her distinctive voice and traditional Thai music style. Born in 1962 in the Ubon Ratchathani province, she began her career in the early 1980s and has since released numerous albums and singles. Her music often incorporates elements of luk thung, a genre of Thai folk music, and her lyrics frequently explore themes of love, loss, and rural life. Ampaipong has won numerous awards for her music, including the prestigious National Artist Award from the Thai government in 2018.
