Babalu Machete

Babalu Machete is a multifaceted artist known for his contributions to hip-hop and beyond. Born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1979, he moved to Isabela, Puerto Rico, in 1983, where he has been based ever since. He is recognized as one of Puerto Rico's pioneering figures in underground hip-hop. Babalu Machete is celebrated for his energetic performances and authentic storytelling through music, with notable tracks like "Cosa De Boricua" and "Se Acabo la". Beyond music, he is also involved in tattoo art, film creation, and acting, having appeared in the movie "Esta Isla" in 2014. His recent releases include "ESTAN LOCOS X CHOTIAR," "Real," and "Between the Streets and the Mic."
