My Darkest Days

My Darkest Days is a Canadian rock band formed in 2005 in Peterborough, Ontario. The band consists of Matt Walst (lead vocals, guitar), Sal Costa (lead guitar, backing vocals), Brendan McMillan (bass guitar, backing vocals), and Doug Oliver (drums, percussion). They are best known for their hit singles "Porn Star Dancing" and "Move Your Body," which both reached the top 10 on the Canadian rock charts. My Darkest Days have released four studio albums, including their self-titled debut in 2010 and "Sick and Twisted Affair" in 2012. Their music is characterized by its catchy melodies, energetic live performances, and introspective lyrics that explore themes of love, loss, and redemption.
