No Regret Life

No Regret Life was a Japanese rock band that formed in 2001 in Kanoya, Kagoshima. The original lineup included Kazusō Oda, Genta Matsumura, and Ryūta Hashiguchi, although Yuka Shimokariya was also involved in the band’s early days. Known for their energetic live performances, No Regret Life quickly built a following and gained wider recognition with the release of singles like "失くした言葉 (Nakushita Kotoba)," which was featured as the ninth ending theme for the anime Naruto. Their sound mixed rock and punk influences, and they released several well-received albums and EPs—including "Sign," "Allegro," and "Wheels of Fortune"—before disbanding in July 2013.

Despite their relatively short time as a band, No Regret Life left a lasting impression on the Japanese rock scene, thanks to a string of catchy singles and a reputation for delivering powerful live shows. Their catalog includes fan favorites like "メロディー (Melody)" and "憧れの果て (Akogare no Hate)," and their music continues to be celebrated by fans of J-rock long after their breakup.
