Charles Manier is a long-time project of Tadd Mullinix, exploring themes within the Wave genre. This project expands beyond traditional Gothic tropes to delve into social theory, avant-punk peculiarities, and earthy electronic surrealism, drawing inspiration from artists like VVV, Talking Heads, Severed Heads, and CHBB. His music has been released on labels such as Ghostly International, Ersatz Audio, Nation, and Mullinix's own label, Bopside. Some notable tracks include "Luxus Steroid Abamita" and "Bang Bang Lover," showcasing his unique blend of electronic and avant-punk influences.
