Latarnik

Latarnik is the solo project of Marek Pędziwiatr, a versatile Polish musician known for his roles as a composer, producer, pianist, and keyboardist. Having started his musical journey as a child exposed to hip-hop and classical piano, Marek combines these influences in his work. As Latarnik, he released a solo album titled *Marianna*, which pays tribute to his great-grandmother and showcases his blend of jazz, electronic, and hip-hop elements. Marek is also a member of bands like EABS and the Błoto quartet, contributing his talents as a pianist and synthesizer player to these groups known for their experimental and improvisational sounds.

His music as Latarnik reflects a deep personal and musical history, blending tight production with jazzy, soulful vibes. Beyond solo work, his background in vinyl collecting and broad musical interests shape a unique sound that's rooted in both tradition and modernity. His recent releases include tracks like "Crack Rock," "Neck," and "Candy Apple Red," illustrating his continued presence in the contemporary jazz and electronic scenes.
