The Grotto
The Grotto is a young three-piece instrumental band from Belgium, formed by friends Marvin Dinneweth, Jeroen Moerman, and Arno Tucker Cottyn in the 2010s. Their music blends a wide spectrum of rock influences into a unique sound characterized by heavy, groovy riffs alongside spacious, jangly tones. Known for their long, evolving song formats often exceeding 10 minutes, they lean more towards progressive and post-rock styles rather than traditional stoner or doom metal. The band gained significant attention with their third LP, *Lantern of Gius*, released in 2019 on Stickman Records, an ambitious two-track album that solidified their presence in the heavy psychedelic scene. Since then, they have toured extensively across Europe.
