House Of Broken Promises

House of Broken Promises is a hard-hitting rock trio that emerged from the sun-scorched desert of Indio, California, with a sound as heavy and gritty as their origins. The band comprises bassist/vocalist Joe Mora, drummer Mike Cancino, and guitarist/vocalist Arthur Seay, all of whom are veterans of the stoner rock group Unida, which also featured the legendary John Garcia of Kyuss fame. House of Broken Promises carries forward the legacy of their predecessor with an unapologetically raw and powerful blend of heavy rock, metal, and blues, infused with the rebellious spirit of the desert rock scene.

Their sonic identity was firmly established with the release of their debut album "Using The Useless," which came out in 2009. The album showcased the band's penchant for robust riffs, pulsating rhythms, and searing vocals. Over the years, they have etched their mark on the stoner rock scene with explosive, adrenaline-fueled performances, capturing one such show with their "Live Desert Fest 2013" recording that demonstrates their live prowess. In recent years, the band has continued to cater to their international fan base, adding to their musical catalog with tracks like "Twisted" and the Spanish-language version of "Toranado," further highlighting their versatility and broadening their appeal within the rock community. House of Broken Promises remains a beacon among modern rock bands for their relentless energy and unwavering commitment to the heavy desert rock sound.
