Glasya

Glasya is a Portuguese symphonic metal band known for blending cinematic and dramatic elements with powerful metal riffs, described by themselves as a "Soundtrack Metal band." Founded in 2017 by guitarist Hugo Esteves, the band aims to create music that tells epic stories, inspired by the soundtrack LPs of the 60s and 70s. Their sound combines symphonic and power metal influences with orchestral arrangements, highlighting dramatic narratives such as in their concept album *Attarghan*, which tells the story of a rebel army commander in an ancient Pre-Persian Empire. The band features Eduarda Soeiro on vocals, Davon Van Dave on keyboards and orchestrations, and other talented musicians who contribute to their rich, atmospheric compositions.
