Black Box Recorder

Black Box Recorder is an English indie rock band formed in London in 1998. The band consists of Luke Haines (vocals, guitar), John Moore (guitar), Sarah Nixey (bass), and Simon Bookish (drums). They are known for their distinctive sound, which blends elements of post-punk, indie rock, and electronica. Their lyrics often explore themes of love, loss, and alienation. Black Box Recorder has released six studio albums, including their critically acclaimed debut, "England Made Me" (1998). They have also released several singles and EPs. The band has toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe, and has performed at major festivals such as Glastonbury and Reading.
