Kold-Cutz is a hip-hop producer and DJ from the Bronx, New York. He is best known for his work with the rap group Boogie Down Productions (BDP), which he co-founded with KRS-One in 1986. Kold-Cutz's production style is characterized by its heavy use of samples and its emphasis on social and political consciousness. He has produced tracks for a wide range of artists, including Public Enemy, Eric B. & Rakim, and LL Cool J. In addition to his work in music, Kold-Cutz is also a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is the founder of the Kold-Cutz Foundation, which provides support to underprivileged youth in the Bronx.
