Brainstorm is a German power metal band formed in 1991. They have released 12 studio albums, 3 live albums, and 2 compilation albums. Their music is characterized by its fast-paced tempos, soaring vocals, and intricate guitar work. Brainstorm has toured extensively throughout Europe and Asia, and has shared the stage with bands such as Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, and Helloween.
The band's current lineup consists of Andy B. Franck (vocals), Torsten Ihlenfeld (guitar), Milan Loncaric (guitar), Dieter Bernert (bass), and Dieter Przewdzing (drums). Brainstorm's latest album, "Midnight Ghost," was released in 2021 and was met with critical acclaim. The band is currently working on their next album, which is expected to be released in 2023.
