Paula Cavalciuk is a Brazilian singer and songwriter from Tapiraí, São Paulo. She initially gained attention after moving to Sorocaba in 2005, where she formed the duo 2Friends with Vinícius Lima. Paula later pursued a solo career, releasing her debut EP, *Mapeia*, in 2015, followed by her first full-length album, *Morte & Vida*, in 2016. This album and her work earned her recognition, including a nomination for the APCA Award as Emerging Artist in 2016. After a hiatus, Paula returned in 2024 with the album *Pangeia*, blending pop, blues, and traditional Brazilian styles like viola caipira. *Pangeia* was recorded while she was pregnant, marking a significant personal and artistic milestone for the artist.
