Karin Wistrand

Karin Wistrand is a Swedish musician born on April 23, 1960, in Solna, Stockholm County. She is best known as the lead vocalist of the Swedish rock band Lolita Pop, which was active from 1979 to 1992 and reunited in 2019. During her time with Lolita Pop, the band achieved significant success in Sweden and abroad, releasing several albums and performing numerous concerts. After Lolita Pop's initial disbandment, Wistrand worked on solo projects, including her album "The Sun" released in 1993. She is also associated with the Jeremias Sessions Band.
