BRONCHO

BRONCHO is an American indie rock band formed in Norman, Oklahoma in 2010. The group has cultivated a gritty, catchy sound that tips its hat to garage rock and punk while incorporating melodic pop elements. BRONCHO's lineup consists of Ryan Lindsey on vocals and guitar, Ben King on guitar, Penny Pitchlynn on bass, and Nathan Price on drums. Their music often bursts with raw energy, supported by Lindsey's distinctive vocal delivery which can switch from nonchalant to intense, often within the same song.

The band first garnered attention with their 2011 debut album "Can't Get Past the Lips," which was a high-energy, lo-fi garage rock affair that quickly won them a loyal following. They followed with their sophomore effort, "Just Enough Hip to Be Woman," in 2014, a record that saw them polish their sound while still maintaining their edge and attitude. This set the stage for 2016's "Double Vanity," which introduced a darker, moodier twist to their oeuvre. BRONCHO's infectious track "Class Historian" was a breakout hit that turned into a staple on indie playlists. By the time they released "Bad Behavior" in 2018, BRONCHO had secured their place in the indie scene with their unique blend of punk-infused rock and pop sensibilities, as reflected in their consistently strong and evolving discography, including their more recent work such as the single "It's Confidential" and their "Bad (Remix)" EP. Their sound manages to be at once reminiscent of earlier rock eras and undeniably contemporary, a fusion that has earned them both critical acclaim and an enthusiastic fanbase.
