Dave Lisik

Dave Lisik is a Canadian-born composer, trumpeter, and educator, currently residing in New Zealand. He teaches jazz composition, arranging, theory, and pedagogy at the New Zealand School of Music in Wellington. Lisik has a strong educational background, having completed his higher education in the United States before moving to New Zealand in 2010. He is known for his prolific work ethic and has been involved in numerous musical projects, including composing and producing music for various artists and ensembles. His discography includes albums like "Ancient Astronaut Theory" and "The Curse of the Queen's Diamond," both released on New Zealand's Rattle label.
