Zhang Zhen Yue

Zhang Zhen Yue, also known as A-Yue, is a Taiwanese singer-songwriter, rapper, and producer who has been a major force in the Mandarin rock and pop scene since the mid-1990s. Known for his laid-back vocal style and a unique blend of rock, hip-hop, and pop influences, Zhang gained popularity with hits like “愛我別走” and “自由.” His introspective lyrics and genre-bending sound have earned him a strong fan base across Asia, particularly in Taiwan and mainland China.

In addition to his solo work, Zhang Zhen Yue is a member of the hip-hop group 硬式兄弟 and was part of the supergroup 兄弟本色 (G.U.T.S.), which merges rap, R&B, and pop styles. Through his music and collaborations, Zhang has remained a key figure in shaping the landscape of Mandarin-language popular music over the past two decades.
