Eric Bazilian is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer best known as a founding member of the rock band The Hooters. Formed in Philadelphia in the early 1980s, The Hooters gained international success with hits like "And We Danced" and "All You Zombies." Bazilian’s trademark blend of rock, folk, ska, and reggae influences helped define the band’s sound and earned them a loyal fanbase both in the U.S. and abroad.
Outside of The Hooters, Bazilian is perhaps most famously known for writing the global hit “One of Us,” originally recorded by Joan Osborne and nominated for multiple Grammy Awards. Over the years, he's collaborated with a wide range of artists, including Cyndi Lauper, Ricky Martin, and Jonatha Brooke. With a knack for catchy melodies and heartfelt lyrics, Bazilian continues to release solo material and tour, keeping his passion for music front and center.
