Les Musclés were a French pop band known for their upbeat and humorous songs, closely associated with the children's television program "Club Dorothée." The band formed in the late 1980s and consisted of members Rémy Sarrazin (bass), Bernard Minet (drums), Éric Bouad (guitar), René Morizur (saxophone and accordion), and Framboisier (keyboard and lead vocals), whose real name was Claude Chamboisier.
Gaining popularity through their regular appearances on "Club Dorothée," Les Musclés became icons of French children's entertainment, and they successfully translated their TV fame into a music career. Their most beloved hits often incorporated humor, catchy choruses, and playful lyrics, capturing the essence of carefree fun. A part of their appeal was their willingness to engage in a variety of musical styles, from rock and pop to traditional French folk. The band enjoyed success during the late '80s and '90s, eventually disbanding with the end of "Club Dorothée" in 1997. The band's nostalgic appeal has persisted, however, and their music remains a beloved part of many a French person's childhood memories.
