Alì Farahani

Ali Farahani is a talented music producer and DJ, born in Milan, Italy, with Iranian heritage. He began his musical journey at the age of 14, playing Afro-Cuban percussions. Growing up in Italy, he was deeply influenced by the electronic music scene, which shaped his production style. At 18, he released "Persian Dream" featuring Marco Bonuso, a pioneering fusion track that combined electronic beats with Middle Eastern vibes, gaining international acclaim in 2007. His subsequent release, "Don’t Feel No Shame," a collaboration with DJ Aron, reached number 6 on Beatport’s overall chart in 2008.

In 2011, Ali moved to Los Angeles, where he shifted his focus to more sophisticated, experimental sounds inspired by his roots. After a hiatus from music, he resumed his career, co-founding the Santa Monica-based label Pipe & Pochet with Patrik Khach. Ali Farahani continues to inspire through his innovative productions and DJ performances, showcasing his work across the US and beyond. His recent releases include remixes for tracks like "Mr. Hekayati" and "Balkan," demonstrating his ongoing creativity in the electronic music scene.
