Rose Elinor Dougall is an English singer-songwriter and musician. She is best known for her work with the band The Pipettes, which she co-founded in 2003. After leaving the band in 2008, she embarked on a solo career, releasing her debut album, "Without Why," in 2010. Dougall's music is often described as indie pop, with influences from 1960s girl groups and French pop. She has released four solo albums to date, the most recent being "Waeve" in 2021.
