Mellowdrone is an indie rock band from San Francisco, California. Formed in 1999, the band consists of singer-guitarist Jonathan Donahue, bassist Pete Schreiner, and drummer Dustin Boyer. Mellowdrone's music is characterized by its dreamy, atmospheric sound, often incorporating elements of shoegaze and psychedelic rock. The band has released seven studio albums, including "Go Get 'Em Tiger" (2006), "3" (2008), and "2018" (2018). Mellowdrone has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as The Flaming Lips, My Bloody Valentine, and The War on Drugs.
