Artificial Go

Artificial Go is a vibrant post-punk band from Cincinnati, Ohio, consisting of Angie Willcutt, Micah Wu, and Cole Gilfilen. They started as a recording project and quickly gained attention for their experimental and energetic sound, blending whimsical pop structures with angular guitar riffs and danceable rhythms. Their music embraces self-guided creativity, avoiding rigid genre confines, which gives their work a fresh and distinctive character.

They released their debut album *Hopscotch Fever* in 2024 through Cincinnati's Feel It and Future Shock labels, establishing themselves as an exciting new export from the local DIY post-punk scene. Following that, the trio put out their sophomore album *Musical Chairs* in 2025, further showcasing their dynamic sound and playful energy on stage and record. Artificial Go's live performances are marked by a lively, unabashed spirit, making them a notable act in contemporary post-punk circles.
