Krohme

Krohme, born Chris Moore in 1980, is an award-winning American music producer and multi-genre artist hailing from Alexandria, Virginia. With a diverse heritage—an African-American father and a mother of Spanish and German descent—Krohme was exposed to a wide range of musical styles from an early age thanks to his parents' eclectic tastes. Starting out in the late 1990s, he began crafting hip-hop beats by sampling records, eventually working with notable artists such as Ras Kass, MF Grimm, and Hell Razah. Krohme’s production style bridges multiple genres including hip-hop, soul, rock, heavy metal, and classical, reflecting his broad musical interests. He also founded the label Godsendant Music, which featured collaborations with acclaimed underground hip-hop artists before closing in 2011. Over the years, Krohme has built a reputation for his versatility and skill in producing tracks for a wide spectrum of artists across hip-hop, metal, and rock.
