Tómarúm

Tómarúm is a progressive black metal duo originating from Georgia, USA, formed in 2017. Initially a solo project by Kyle Walburn, it later evolved into a collaboration with Brandon Iacovella. The band gained recognition with their debut album *Ash In Realms Of Stone Icons* in 2022. Over time, Tómarúm expanded into a quintet, including members Matthew Longerbeam, Michael Sanders, and Chris Stropoli. Their music is characterized by a dynamic blend of progressive and black metal elements, often exploring themes of misery and suffering.

Tómarúm's sophomore album, *Beyond Obsidian Euphoria*, released in 2024, continues their narrative thread from the debut, delving into themes of transcendence and self-destruction. The band has gained a notable following through tours with various acts like Inferi and Volcandra, solidifying their presence in the progressive metal scene.
