Lorraine McCauley is a singer-songwriter from Donegal, Ireland. She began her musical journey at a young age, singing at Irish Feis from the age of four and later playing keyboards in her father's band from the age of twelve. Her father, Adrian McCauley, was a musician and singer who taught her about country music. Lorraine holds a music teaching diploma and has won awards at the Fairplay Country Music Red Carpet Show in Holland. She has also been invited to perform internationally, including an invitation from Canada's Queen of Country Music, Carroll Baker, to perform in Nova Scotia.
Lorraine's musical career has taken her to various locations, including Japan and Scotland, where she formed an indie folk band. Her music often features melodious and positive lyrics, reflecting her diverse influences and experiences. Despite her background in country music, she has explored other genres, such as indie folk, in her work.
