Growing up in a musical family—her mom is a singer-songwriter and professor, and her dad is a touring drummer—Ella was immersed in music from a young age. She started writing songs and performing at 10, and by her teens, she was playing shows at iconic Southern California venues like Hotel Cafe, House of Blues, and The Viper Room. Ella’s music blends smart, relatable lyrics with catchy hooks, drawing inspiration from artists like Joni Mitchell, Carole King, The Beatles, and Phoebe Bridgers.
