Silvio Cicero

Silvio Cicero is a multifaceted artist known for his work as a singer, composer, and guitar teacher. Born in the United States to a Sicilian father and a Vietnamese mother, Silvio grew up in Polynesia from the age of three, which has contributed to his cosmopolitan background. His musical journey began with the guitar at the age of 12, encouraged by his mother. He gained recognition after winning the "Tahiti Espoir Guitar" competition at 16. Silvio's music style has evolved over time, initially focusing on instrumental guitar before transitioning to singing and songwriting. He has released songs in various languages, including Tahitian, French, and English, with a notable shift towards singing in Tahitian, which has helped him gain popularity locally. His recent releases include titles like "Petite Princesse," "Nati," and "Te Pure O Te Noera," showcasing his diverse musical output.
