BugLug

BugLug is a Japanese visual kei rock band formed in 2004. Originally starting as a session band with members Takeru, Issei, and Yuuga, they solidified their lineup with the addition of Kazuki and Masaomi in 2006. Known for their energetic live performances and catchy melodies, they've built a dedicated following over the years, releasing numerous singles and albums, including recent tracks like "poru," "F.E.V.E.R," and "i CON." Their music often blends hard-rocking elements with poppier sensibilities, creating a unique sound that appeals to a wide range of listeners.

While they've gone through some lineup changes over the years, with Masaomi and Yuuga departing and Atsushi and Hiroaki joining, BugLug continues to thrive in the visual kei scene. They're known for their strong visual aesthetic, often incorporating elaborate costumes and makeup into their performances. Beyond their music, they also engage with fans through various activities, further solidifying their connection with their audience. If you're looking for a band with a driving rock sound, a captivating visual style, and a long history in the scene, BugLug is definitely worth checking out.
