Yair Dalal

Yair Dalal is an Israeli musician, composer, and peace activist known for his unique fusion of Middle Eastern, Jewish, and Western musical traditions. Born to Iraqi-Jewish parents, Dalal has made it his mission to preserve and celebrate the musical heritage of Jews from Arab countries, blending traditional Iraqi, Arabic, and Israeli music with elements of jazz and classical styles. A skilled oud player and violinist, he often draws on his own cultural background and the stories of Jewish-Arab history to create pieces that promote intercultural dialogue and understanding.

Throughout his career, Dalal has released numerous albums showcasing his rich musical diversity, including collaborative works and solo recordings.
