Rounhaa, born Haarone Latif in 2000 in Lille, France, is a Franco-Swiss rapper making waves in the French hip-hop scene. With Martinican and Moroccan roots, Rounhaa's journey took him from Lille to Paris, then to Geneva, where he now calls home. His stage name is actually his first name in verlan, a French slang that involves inverting syllables.
Rounhaa's music career kicked off with self-produced tracks on SoundCloud, leading to his debut album "Multiver" in 2018. He's known for his unique style, blending influences from artists like Tyler, The Creator and Laylow. In 2022, Rounhaa became the first artist to sign with Disiz's label, Sublime. His fourth album, "Möbius," released that same year, showcases his evolution as an artist, incorporating elements of hyperpop into his sound.
